Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday. Paid orders confirmed prior to 1:00 PM EST are packaged and delivered to courier terminals within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours. Orders processed over statutory weekends or holidays are transferred on the next active business day.

Element P is not liable for international shipments seized, quarantined, destroyed, or taxed by foreign customs. All foreign import tariffs or brokerage assessments remain solely payable by the recipient.
